Through out my 4 years of college I had some good and bad days. A bad experience I had at hillcrest was in 10th grade, a teacher saw me in the halls and said what do I plan to do with my life harshly all because I took a break to make a TikTok with my friends during my lunch period. She kept eyeing me and left me feeling really uncomfortable. She coulda have talked to me in a nicer way especially since she didn't know me.A good experience I've had is when I got selected to do dual enrollment at a community college close to our school. This gave me the opportunity to get college credits while still in highschool.

After being in Hillcrest for 4 years I have seen, experienced and been though a lot. Hillcrest overall isn't the worst high school in Queens but it surely isn't the best. Teachers not really putting in there 100% to see students fo there best. Students not even taking up the responsibility of just doing what they need to do, knowing they will have time for other stuff. Counselors barely ever wanting to meet with students, about 6 fights a day for no reasonable reason and so much more. I am glad that I was able to meet really good people, really good adults and more along my journey in high school. I have learned a lot not just academically, but things I use in my personal life everyday. If you ask me to describe the school in one word, I would say eye-opening. As I leave Hillcrest many things I do take with me other things I will gladly leave behind, but overall I don't think I would change much.

An Institution that supports terrorism within its hallways and perpetrated on it's staff and students. The principal needs to be reassigned at the very least if not terminated from employment in this antisemitic institution. The FBI and police need to intervene here. This is NOT a safe place for you...
