At Jennings County High School I felt like I had every opportunity to succeed. While being on course to graduate with academic honors I also had fun classes which made school enjoyable to go to since it wasn't the same thing everyday. I know my teachers cared about me and pushed me to succeed.

Teachers are good for the most part but environment isn't the best. Many students are unmotivated or just sell drugs in school. The teachers make up for it and most of them are fine and do engage me to learn.

Overall, I love Jennings County High School. The staff was so supportive and it was small enough to know all your fellow students which was great for community building. I was involved in many sports and the music department so I got to experience the attentive coaching and developing orchestra.

This school is genuinely not a good school. As someone who attended 13 schools throughout my childhood, this was by far the worst one.

As a senior at JCHS I can say that it doesn't deserve all the hate it gets. Most of the teachers and staff genuinely care about the success of the students and are willing to work with you so that you can get the best education possible. I am shocked at how these students behave! They walk down the halls with their phones and iPads constantly going and Cussing at one another. I don't mean a cuss word here and there either! I attended school here and this kind of behavior was not allowed then so why is it ok now?!? I hope things have...
