Overall I've had a solid experience with my child there. I also went to Johnson during my school years so be a parent now and see how the school is doing shows me more. I'd say they need to do better with breaking up fights In hallways

Normally parents only have to worry about bullying from other students, not at this school. Its not the students at all, but the teachers. If this is your school district, I would avoid it and look at other options

We have had very good experiences at Johnson with two kids and one more to attend. It is definitely an under rated school

I have a daugher that has attended Johnson for two years and have two other children on their way. Johnson Jr. High, and the south triad in general get a bad rap, but it's actually of the best kept secrets in Cheyenne. Johnson Jr High School has many good points. It gets a bad reputation from being on the south side of Cheyenne. I've had two children attend and both enjoyed it for the most part. There are a few bad teachers, but you will find that at most schools.
