GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Jones hasn't been the best to me because the coaching and staff have a lack of sympathy or care for the athletes or students. Coaches don't care about you unless you play football or basketball and I do track so the faculty didn't care for me or care to coach me. There is no track coaches only football coaches who don't know what they are doing. The environment and spirit during events and games is good but you lack readiness for college once you leave this school. They do very poorly for preparing you for college unless you put in a lot of effort to do it.

As a student from Jones High School I express that this is such a great school, because it has a place where my academic education has been formed over time and I believe that the management is great. However there may be some flaws once or twice but not all schools are perfect, I believe that Jones public schools have done their best. and thanks to that I will continue my education further into college. This has been a great journey and I want say Thank you.

I think Jones High School is a top contender for having teachers who engage themselves with the students.

Small town feel, with large school facilities. Technology and clean buildings. Small student to teacher ratios. College concurrent and AP classes at the high school. Great place to learn.

I love the facilities and the administrative support at Jones Schools. The staff cares about the students. They are not just a number and a name, they are individuals that are being prepared for the future. The community is very supportive and the students are eager learners that work hard to produc...

New, First-class facilities provide an inspiring learning environment. The student to teacher ratio is low, so teachers have personal relationships with the students. Plenty of opportunities to participate and grow as an individual.
