I'm not rating the high school on the manners of my own person experience, albeit I could. I'm rating the output of successful adults that it has helped to produce. I saw a rating based on bullying, which has more to do with the students upbringing and parenting than the reflection of the school. What is sad also, is this webpage rates JHS college prep at a C-....I would imagine that may have to do with SAT scores? Again, you can't force parents to hold their children accountable to study and succeed. Joppa high school is one of the most unique and historic schools in southern Illinois. . .but too many take it for granted.
