I have been attending kamehameha school hawai'i since i was in kindergarten. This school provided a lot for me academically and just overall. The style of teaching is very helpful. When it came to senior year they provided a class that helps us get ready for college and it was the most helpful thing i could have ever asked for. I have a teacher that is always there to answer my questions and help guide me through my process of applying for college. Kamehameha Schools provided so much for me and i am so thankful for it.

I like the curriculum at the Kamehameha schools, and that we learn a lot about our Hawaiian culture. We have great counselors that are with us for the 4 years of high school, they help us to prepare for college and our future. There are resources for each subject and teachers are always available to help us at all times. Also, we are fortunate to have amazing school lunch!!

I got into this school in 6th grade and they set very high standards for the students who attend. The college readiness in high school prepares you for what is to come in your future. This school is well known for good reasons. The education here along with the staff are amazing and encourages students to want to do good. Grades are a huge thing and when they are good you are congratulated and awarded.

Excellent college preparatory school with gorgeous campus and dedicated staff and faculty. It is wonderful that the Bishop Estate went ahead and established schools on Maui and Hawaii Island in addition to their main campus on Oahu.

The test is very easy depending on what grade level you enter. Roughly 1/4 of applicants get in during middle school and a bit over 1/2 in high school. I just would like to point out that it is NOT IMpossible to get into Kamehameha.
