My experience so far has been great! The building itself is clean and newly done. The staff is amazing and the students are connected across all grade levels. A change I'd like to see is more school spirit events or assemblies to get others excited to be at school.

KHS has been good, I do feel ready for college. Everything was good till senior year, where half of the teachers quit and struggled replacing them. Most teachers don't have contracts still, and the environment is way off this year. But, even though it's been rough, most teachers still show up everyday and are there for students.

Kennebunk High School is a hot mess at the moment. Administration is tone deaf and in constant struggle with an underpaid teaching department where instead of preparation for next level college or trades they continue to fight about concerns regarding lack of diversity. The School Board is also ineffectual and despite public outcry continue to support an out of touch administration.

Being new to the school system, and having a child entering the high school as a freshman we could not be more happy with the faculty and how well they helped her prepare and adjust to the new school district.
