I'm a senior at Bonnabel High School. So far, it has been almost 4 years since I got here and I've never had a terrible experience. The environment is decent, the teachers and students work well. The staff do everything they can to make sure the school is organized and that every promising event happens.

My experience at that school is a mixture of lows and mehs. It's a place where I would hardly ever call it fun or enjoyable to be there. Every day I feel like a zombie going through the motions just to leave sleep and do it all again. The only bright side of the place is the big outside campus, which allows you more freedom to venture off and find your own part of the school to hang out with. But this year they sectioned off half the school, so it feels cramped during lunch. I wouldn't even be mad at any of this if we could just have a few cool events where I could actually feel pride for my school.

Initially, I was afraid to come to Bonnabel because Bonnabel had a poor reputation. My parents could not afford for me to go to a private school; so, I was forced to enroll in Bonnabel. Today I am proud to call myself a Bruin. Bonnabel can be called by many because the staff welcomes all identities....

This school is a joke. If your kids are enrolled here just know the staff is not aware where they are at any time. They roam the streets and hang out in front of the apartments across from the school smoking pot and cigarettes all day. Several calls to the police and school and no one does anything....

Bonnabel is a decent school. The education is acceptable and if your child seems more advanced than most others, they can easily switch to all honors classes. Switching classess is very easy and the couselors are quite generous. The teachers are experenced and good educators. There are deans patroli...
