Kenyon Wanamingo is a great school. It is small enough that everyone knows you and what you care capable of doing. It is large enough that you have opportunity to try many different things. No school is perfect, but KW is great at making sure their students are prepared for the real world and they work hard every day to make sure their graduates are prepared for their next step.

I can never figure out what is going on there. My kid never seems to know either since we don't have a computer and their websites don't work on a phone. Only people who live in Kenyon can participate in sports because there is no way to get your kid home if you live in Wanamingo. I heard there used to be a shuttle for kids in activities but there isn't now and the hyawatha bus only runs until 4:00. Good luck if your kid falls behind because you could never get their homework. The teacher tells you to go online but there are so many passwords my kid doesn't know, plus they don't even know what website to go to to get the assignments and the sites aren't mobile friendly. I have a friend who tried to talk to the school about this stuff but they gave her the runaround. she says she gets useless emails and still can't figure anything out. We are starting to speak up Kenyon. get it together before we all hop on the Zumbrota bus.

Overall the teachers at Kenyon Wanamingo are great. There are some that show favoritism towards specific groups of people, particularly the teachers who are also coaches for sports. The teachers are all knowledgeable and can be awesome, it really just depends on what kind of students are in the class with you if you actually learn 100% of the time.
