It's an alright school. Sometimes it feels a little miss managed. Most of the teachers really care but others couldn't at all.

Ketchikan High School is a great school, and its ability to work with kids from all backgrounds is admirable. Teachers here are incredibly understanding and are willing to work with students to achieve what they need. However, I think this can sometimes go a little too far, and they don't push us enough.

Ketchikan High School, or Kayhi as it's adoringly known as, is the high school I attended. All four years of my experience at Kayhi were both the best and worst years thus far in my short life. The staff are incredibly kind and supportive if you don't count the few that made coming to school like pulling teeth. The students are kind and many are academically motivated. Kayhi is an excellent school.
