Shoemaker gave students like me a sense of pride and inclusiveness that stays with them forever. I joined the track and field sports team, and they made me feel like we were a part of a big family.

if you have any other choice at ALL to send you kids elsewhere, do. this school is a disgrace to Shoemaker's name and honor.

Shoemaker is more about test scores than actually caring about their students. When student complains about teachers who have made them feel extremely uncomfortable the APs turn it around on them. The principal switches up how they feel about dress code and doesn't makes school fun and a active learning environment it feels more like prison than a school.

this school has some of the best and most of the worst teachers like some have said many of the teachers struggle to actually teach but then gripe at us when none of us can grasp what they are teaching. the kids are alright but a lot are disruptive. and don't get me started on the principal her firs...

I currently have a sophomore and a freshman who have both passed TSI and my sophomore is currently taking his 3rd college class. He is a 4.0 gpa student to include college classes. I give the credit to the teachers and excellent counselors in this school. The principal and vice principal very suppor...

There are fights everyday... other than that the staff is great and the students can be awesome if they really try
