Kings Mountain High school is overall a pretty good school. I have to say the best part of the school has to be probably the clubs. Although I wish they would have more diverse clubs like gay/straight alliance and things of that source it is still good with the clubs. The worst part of Kings Mountain has to be the safety we only have one officer on sight and although he does a good job; I still be concerned because of all of the school shooting threats we be getting so it's very concerning.

Excellent academics and athletics. Plentiful options of dual enrollment courses: AP, NCVPS, & college credit courses.

Good choice of classes and great teachers, definitely could use some improvement in how staff deals with student issues.

I love this school. The way they have chosen to teach these kids is amazing. I am well informed by the school about ll things happening there. Since coming to this school district my children have gone from being F students to A's and B's students.
