The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I currently go to Kirbyville High School and I don't enjoy this school I don't believe it's preparing me for college but there is some good aspects to it such as the staff, they are the best people you'll ever meet.

I had an okay experience at Kirbyville high school. I loved most of my teachers and I had a really great friend group a few which I'm still in contact with two years later. The part I truly miss most about being in high school is being in marching band, we were a family and it was a really big part of my life and still is. My dad was in band at his school and my brother(sophomore) is in that same marching band now

Kirbyville Highschool is one of the best schools to go to in Texas. Our teachers are so helpful and caring for us. Our school is big on sports and academics. The students here are very supportive of everyone. We got a new principal this year and a lot of the things has changed and for the better and I am excited to see the future for us Wildcats.

This school has many negative problems. Staff is very rude and treats everyone differently. If you don't sit at the right lunch table AKA (Popular table) you will be judged. Oh and by the way.. you better play a sport or you get leftout by many including teachers.
