We have had an excellent experience at Thoreau Elem. I have to disagree with people who say they have never seen the principal at events or before/after school. She is outside in the mornings quite often and I love seeing the kids greet her with smiles and hugs. Just the other evening she was blowin...

Toxic leadership and a drama infused population sum up this school quite well. It's been a very disappointing experience to have had our child here, and counting the days until we can leave. I've never seen the principal at any event held outside of school hours.
