Everyone is a family here. Growing up in a small town like this, everyone knows you and you know everyone. The teachers genuinely care about their students and if they succeed, not just in school but in life too. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone who is seeking to be heard and seen. They value every student here and their opinions.

Our school is extraordinarly great for the kids. Small school in general give kids more one on one, but Kit Carson I belive does an optimal job in prepareing our kids for their future, academically and physically.

I love Kit Carson because of the wonderful community we have to support our children in all realms. The students of Kit Carson demonstrate commitment, compassion, control, leadership, and competitiveness in everything they do! We are very proud to be apart of Kit Carson School!

Smaller schools have a wonderful sense of family and community - you couldn't ask for a better school in principle or as to standards
