My time at Robert W. Traip Academy has been all good experiences. My teachers have all been supportive of me and my high school career. They help me stay organized and on top of my work. The community here is also very welcoming and inclusive to all students.

I love the building itself, it is very unique and I have not been to another school that looks like this one. The small size allows for great bonds to be made between teacher and students, and an overall community has developed between the close knit students.

I have two children attend RW Traip and although the school seemed great academically, neither of my children enjoyed their experiences here at this high school. Over the four years which they attended, neither one of them ever came home from school to give me an excited report of what they achieved or had future opportunities for. I don't know if it is because this school is so small or if their was not much opportunities for my children to have taken advantage of but both of them ended up dropping out and decided to take the HiSet through the Adult Ed dept which is inside of RW Traip.

Had 2 kids graduate from Traip and go on to top tier colleges. Traip is small and the teachers and staff know all the kids and families. We had been in large school districts prior that might have had better "amenities" , but my kids THRIVED when we moved to Kittery.

I have had 2 kids in the school 1 still enrolled and they all dislike it. Last year, they placed my youngest daughter on a no pass she could not even go to the bathroom very sad.
