Cedar Bluff Elementary is a preschool through fifth-grade school located in the Cedar Bluff neighborhood of Knoxville, Tenn. With more than 1300 students speaking 24 languages, Cedar Bluff Elementary is a richly diverse experience for all of its students and almost 200 staff members.
Students at CBES enjoy a well-rounded education as they can participate in weekly special classes focusing on art, technology, physical education, and music. Students also visit the school library each week.
Knox County Schools offers free transportation to elementary school students who live more than a mile from their zoned school. Students who live within a mile of the school are in the “parental responsibility zone” and must be driven or walk to school. The neighborhood has sidewalks along Cedar Bluff Road and other main roads. A crossing guard helps direct foot traffic and car traffic on Cedar Bluff Road during school arrival and dismissal times.
Following fifth grade at Cedar Bluff Elementary, most students are zoned to attend Cedar Bluff Middle School, located right next door to the elementary school.

Nothing terrible to say about this school besides the main office. TAMMY comes off extremely rude with a negative energy in person and over the phone. She just seems miserable everyday. Replace the unhappy with loving people. Can you imagine how the children feel around her!?

My 2 kids attended Cedar Bluff Elementary. It was the best experience. Specially principal Booher she is the best teacher and principal my kids ever had.
