A tremendous disappointment. The leadership is absent, the teachers are unsupported and the facility is neglected. The school is shrinking as a result. Strongly advise talking to other members of the community before sending your child here as many others have had similar experiences.

My two kids love, love, love the school. It keeps them focused and happy learning at the same time. Wholeheartedly recommend EFDM to anyone with the notion of language immersion and an international-style education.

My son attended EFDM from pre-school through 6th grade. We would have sent him there for middle school too if it had been an option. Neither my husband nor I speak French but our son continues to be fluent. He is now a high school sophomore and has continued studying French with EFDM's DELF program. When we were applying to middle schools, I believe that the fact that my son had attended EFDM gave him a real edge. His transition to middle school was seamless academically. Our experience with EFDM was excellent.
