Helix is good but it lacks in many different areas. Buildings are old & ran down and the football field is atrocious. However, great academics and nice outside school.

My time and experiences at Helix Charter High School have shaped the person I am today. As a rising junior at this high school, I have learned to prioritize my time more and reflect on who I want to be as I grow into adulthood. Resources that have helped me along this journey include joining the Helix Beach Volleyball and indoor volleyball programs, as well as the counselors who have led to my bright future.

My best experience was the diversity at that school and the college readiness. All students had the opportunity Senior and Junior Year to go on a trip to visit colleges. There was even a College Readiness class that guided students in how to apply to colleges and what they were looking for in your essays. The teachers were veery nice and flexible when it cam to family issues colliding with school.
