This high school is very poorly maintained. Kids smoke in bathrooms on break and during classes, the cafeteria food is inedible, good teachers are far and few although they do exist. Many would rather put their feet up and sit in silence, and so do the kids- almost every single class has kids on their phones throughout the duration. Multiple threats to student safety were made and many shutdowns and lockdowns took place in the school years.

Timberline is an incredible school: I moved here from California just two years ago, and ever since I got here, I have had the time of my life. The people here are welcoming, the staff have a genuine passion for their job, and the resources they give you are incredible. Timberline has my wholehearted recommendation.

Timberline has a strong school culture and teacher-student connections. The English and Music programs stick out as excellent.

My son came from Nisqually MS and blossomed. Academically he was challenged but has manageable homework which allows him time after school. Their sports coaches are amazing, caring and supportive.
