The best parts of my experience have been learning new things, having cultural opportunities, and meeting new people. Their haven't really been any bad parts but the work can sometimes be very challenging and overwhelming.

I enjoyed my time at troup county high school, but it was far from perfect. Teaching was sub par and you could tell some of them didn't care for their jobs, however there were a few who thoroughly enjoyed their students and teaching them.

Troup High has teachers and staff that care about our kids. The downside to the school is that there are issues with guns being removed from kids several times per year. It doesn't feel safe for your kids to be there at times

It has been my experience that the teachers have definite steps they are to take to help students improve grades when they fall behind. Most teachers schedules 2 days for tutoring. The have required my students to come in one to study and one day to make up a test.
