I will admit, I did not have the best experience during my time at school. I faced social rejection from my peers and a great number of troubles regarding my academics. I have few memories that one could describe as positive. The atmosphere is very tight-knit and cliquey. This school would be greatly improved if someone actually did something about bullying. Despite all of this, I am grateful to have attended, because if I had not, then I never would have met my best friend, whom I cherish to this day.

Being a newcomer to the school at first was fine then for no reason the atmosphere changed to very negative. Bullying was tolerated and even acknowledged by the administration but nothing was done to curb it. It became clear my children were no longer wanted there. We had multiple meetings with the school and we were told they knew about the kids and their bad behavior. To say the least my sons senior year was a very bad year and was even told that he was not important because he was a transfer and the other kids took priority. The school itself has very nice facilities and there are a few teachers that my sons enjoyed. His weightlifting teacher was exceptional and really interacted with my son in a positive way.

confused, and genuinely concerned, how Tracy Orians is HIGH SCHOOLs counselor. she needs to learn about mental disorders and mental health before she's giving students bizarre coping methods to try to "help" them through school.

This school has repeatedly shown its ability to rebound from tough circumstances. The recent tornado is the latest example of many times when people have counted us out for the count, but we have come together as a community to overcome problems. Financial setbacks, tornadoes and tragic losses have...
