I went to Lake Norman High School this past year. My experience all 4 years was overall not good. Most teachers were not trying to help students, would often feel like they are not there for the right reasons which is helping students learn. Some of the admin were extremely lovable and did great at their jobs. Others were terrible and caused much trauma for most of the athletes.

I feel that the best parts of lake norman are the students but I feel the teachers lack interest in the subjects they are teaching. I had a math teacher who did not even know what she was teaching us and she would copy it off of a worksheet and still manage to get it wrong and teach us the wrong thing. After this happen many times my family and I went to the administration and they did nothing.I had to stay in that class all year and had to pay weekly to get tutored for the work I was supposed to be learning in school but wasn't getting taught because my teacher did not even know what she was doing.

Overall my experience at Lake Norman High school was great. I can't believe I am a senior and it's this time already but I look forward to new beginnings but will definitely miss my High School and my whole overall experience.

I would recommend the school, but I have one criticism that the school should deal with.There is an English teacher who teaches juniors and seniors and should be let go. Wether it’s from the lack of care from most of the staff (I mean all of the people that work there) or it’s from constant issues and drama that’s going on that students shouldn’t be in....

Zero! The administration needs to be completely changed. They are all lazy and do such a disservice to these students. Teachers follow their example and It has become apathetic .
