The teachers were relatively lovely, as were the students. I know that wasn't the case for everyone; maybe the more dramatic ones just cared about those close to them to manipulate, but overall, it was uneventful for me.

Honestly, I don't even know where to begin when describing Lake Roosevelt High School. My most important statement would be "Do not let your children attend here." Although the education at this high school was okay previously, ever since online learning was created LRHS has been a nightmare. The teachers do not understand how to properly teach online. Their organization is atrocious, and their communication is just as bad. I'm a senior and I am so out of the loop in relation to school I feel like I'm not even in school. The staff are nice but overall incompetent. There is new teachers every year and the longest I believe we've had a principal was two years (they usually only stay for one). This school has prepared me for nothing. Aside from athletics, attending this high school for four years has been the most monumental waste of my time. If you're a parent, I'm begging you, do not send your children here. They will have a horrible education. If you send them here, good luck.

My experience at Lake Roosevelt Jr. / Sr. High wasn't a good one. The kids them selves were very rude, it took me about two months to make a single friend attending this school. Where as in a bigger school I use to go to it only took me one class period to make a friend. The teachers and most coaches believe you are good, smart, and strong based on a last name not on the actions the students due. If you came from a well off family you were top dog in the school. Yes its a strong native community but they didn't do much when it came to other cultures, the school wasn't very divers you were either white or native very little in between. When it came to senior year and looking for local scholarships there were more native ones then open ones for everyone a lot of the kids who weren't native got really upset over that because they weren't able to get as much money from the community.

I'm an autistic student currently going to this school and let me tell you, the students here are AWFUL. This school gets an extras star because the teachers were kind to me but the students were nasty. I've been in this district since 3rd grade and I've gotten teased and picked on because I was dif...

This school is horrid. Little-to-no supplies or funding, staff leaves yearly, dangerous, and has sub-par education. Every child here deserves better. The staff does nothing to help, and the rules they have are absurd (though they are regularly disregarded by many students; and I wouldn't blame them)...

"A zero" my daughter tells me. School is a glorified daycare in terms of standards. My special son is not getting what he needs. Terrible on all fronts.
