Administration was frustrating to deal with. I loved being involved in the extra curriculars. Preparation for college wasn't the best, I would like to see a change of that in the future. But if you plan on not going to college, plenty of career opportunities.

My experience was not poor but I do feel that making a couple changes could make others' experiences better. Lancaster High School should give the same amount of money to music and arts as they do sports. The music and art departments are becoming smaller due to the large emphasis on sports.

Lancaster High School has an excellent College Credit Plus program. The school is conveniently located next to Ohio University Lancaster, just a short bike path walk away.

I did have some positive experiences because of LHS, but overall I think of this school with dread. The climate created by students here is very harsh. People see bad things happening & look away.

I am very pleased with the education my son received at LHS. He worked hard, had very good teachers and made great friends. His college gave him a full ride at a very small private college. thanks to all at LHS.

He was very worried about starting high school, but so far the teachers have helped him when needed and he hasn't complained about bullying or any of that nonsense.I think the biggest criticism I have is the lack of air conditioning.
