as a sophomore i have seen a decent amount of things inside of this school. I never feel like i belong. all students deserve a school they feel proud to be at. this school takes student issues to be a joke. anytime i had an issue i was disregarded. Its not a bad school. the people, administration and building are the problem. i wish i could be proud to be here. it is what it is.

Lansdowne isn't a bad highschool, the building could be better, but it's getting rebuilt currently. The staff are overall nice but it seems that most have lost motivation for their jobs.

My experience at Lansdowne highschool these past four years has been really good, I've learned a lot about myself and others. I've made friendships i will always cherish and met teachers i will always adore, these people have made me feel safe even with all the crazy stuff that has happened around us since the neighborhood isn't the best, i have experienced many good things at this school, some things i might not have experienced if i never went here. i love the pltw program. it has taught me so much about the medical field and gave me the opportunity to have created so many friendships. i also really enjoyed zoology, my teacher was such a good teacher and is a person i feel safe talking to. the staff tries to make school as fun as it can be with many spirit weeks and pep rallies.

I don't even know how this school is still open. Allison Seymour is the worst principal. She is rude, does not respond respectfully to parent concerns, and has taken an already poor-performing school lower in their performance. Maryland state report card rates them as a 1. She cares more about her e...

It's a shame. There are many good things going on with Lansdowne HS. I had two kids graduate from here. They enjoyed many of the extracurricular opportunities - being in the excellent choir, appearing in the fabulous plays the school puts on every year, and participating in a program run with the Hi...

All my teacher's are helpful and teach well in the class. Some of the classes, like televideo and photography, have up to date appliances and are very informative classes. The students here all mind their own business and I have seen little to no bullying. I have seen more fights and arguing in my f...

Lansdowne High School, I would like to praise the Teachers and Staff who work with the Academy of Finance Students. My office has had the privilege of hosting some of their students over the past 4 years and I find them to be intelligent, polite and genuine young people. Four of my own family member...
