GreatSchools Rating

GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

A good high school to attend. Many times parents do not influence decisions. Security should be implemented more but without treating students badly. There are few teachers who do not treat students well but the majority are kind to them.

My time at Lyndon B Johnson has been nothing but one of the best four years of my life, Having joined the school's dance team The Johnson Dream Catchers making me the second boy under my coach's direction. Academically I am not the best I won't lie, but with the constant support of teachers and peers I push through something good about my school is that it makes friendships that last a lifetime.

The best parts of my experience with Lyndon B. Johnson High School are that there are many different clubs and extracurricular activities for students. Also, there is a lot of variety of sports for every student and every interest that one might have.
