Indian Rocks Christian School is a private preschool through 12th grade college preparatory school that offers an extensive program of activities, academics, and athletics in a Christian environment. Operating as a ministry of the First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks, the school is situated on the church’s extensive campus located in Largo, Florida, and serves students throughout Pinellas County.
Academic excellence is augmented with a strong STEM program at all scholastic levels. There is also an extensive fine arts program that includes an award-winning instrumental program, and middle and high school choirs that receive top ratings at choral festivals each year. The fine arts program also includes visual arts, drama, and musical theater.
With an emphasis on good sportsmanship, the school also sponsors over 35 teams in 14 sports. A highlight of the sports program is the boys’ cross country team which has earned the state championship title once and placed in the top 10 many times at the annual state meet. Student athletes enjoy a state-of-the-art sports complex that hosts district and regional competitions.
The elementary, middle, and high schools hold accreditations with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and AdvancEd/Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). While full tuition can run many thousands of dollars each year, the school offers variable tuition based on the parent’s financial resources.

Indian Rocks is a great school for education and Christianity mix. They provide opportunities for people to get a decent dedication given in a Christian perspective which is essential when trying to enter the world after high school. They do mission trips for the students to spread the word of God to everyone.

Unfortunately, our experience hasn't been the best at all. Although this school asserts that it partners with parents to produce successful outcomes, it's only arbitrary. The school does not provide the necessary accommodations for all students. I don't recommend this institution at all for your child's academic or spiritual needs.

Indian Rocks Christian School is a great choice for people with a Baptist religious background. There's a newly built STEM center that's added new opportunities for students that would like to start a career in that field.

Where to start. This year was a myriad of changes that drastically affected our worklife and homelife. IRCS raised tuition in just 3 years over $4,000 per student in differing grades. They have no plans of stopping the increases also after explaining they plan to raise millions more in the next few...

Unfortunately even though there is one particular Teacher we like the school they ARE operating like a Public School.
