I've been a student here at Bishop Gorman for all four years and I have loved it. The reputation it has is priceless and I am truly grateful I am able to attend such a prestigious school. Not only is it a campus I feel safe coming to everyday but it is one that I talk highly of regarding its education and sports. I have been an athlete representing Gorman for all my four years as well and the community here is indescribable. Gorman is highly known for the football team being one of the best schools in the nation. When it comes to the education all of the teachers are well experienced in the field they are teaching which gives students like me the highest form of learning. This is crucial and puts students ahead when it comes time for the next step: college. One thing I wish it had more emphasis on was its Catholic history and traditions but thats just speaking personally from someone who practices that faith. Other than that I have only good things to say about Bishop Gorman.

I think that for the sports they are very biased on which girls are on their club team and students have paid their way on to teams. All of the schools money goes to the football team and they give them extra excursions on their "trips" like boat dinners in Miami but I had to pay for my mock trial competition that had one $25 mean included. Overall I feel ready for college and I like the rigor of the academics. The nurse is extremely rude and not compassionate to kids who are sick and the rules are stupid dumb.

Overall I had a great experience at Bishop Gorman, however there is a lot of room for improvement. I was heavily involved in the music program and it is sad to see how little they appreciated all that we did. We were expected to be at almost every event but were rarely thanked. We were severely underfunded which made it difficult to complete tasks that we need in order to become a better band. As my time went on at the school things got better but are still no where near where they need to be.

What a nightmare of an experience! I am beyond thankful that I no longer need to deal with this awful institution!SAFETYI give them one stars for safety at this school. For security reasons I will not elaborate further. I can say this, that the school DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES EVER!!! While my ch...

Bishop Gorman is an amazing High school. Great staff, great campus and safe environment. What more can you ask for high school? I had two kids graduated from Gorman and they ended up in ivy League colleges. So, I'm very pleased with Gorman High School.

My daughter attended BGHS for 2 years and she was miserable. They are hypocritical, misogynistic, sexist and the administrative staff treats you terribly. They have a zero tolerance policy for drugs, etc. unless your parents have money, then there are no repercussions. The school grounds are not wel...

Hypocritical- Gorman prides itself on being a “Christian” school. However, they will only act Christian towards you if you donate large amounts of money to the school or are a student athlete. Horrible, unprofessional, and petty administration. These people should not be educators for your child.
