I'm a junior in college and so far its been a big help with my future. I got introduced to a program that prepares us for college and the teachers also try their best to give you a college class like experience so you have an idea of what it's like. I also made some really amazing friends that have been really good to me and want to see me succeed with them.

The best part of del sol is the amount of support you have from the teachers. Teachers really care about your education. The amount of talented students performing in assembly or concerts or just outside the quad makes up the school spirit. On the other hand making friends can be difficult since everyone has their own group and don't care about people around them just their friends. But there are some good friends you just have to find them. Since del sol is a magnet school for performing arts the school put more money on them. Which leads sports or student council not funded enough for those students. But overall is a great school with the right people. High school is how you make it to be a good or bad mindset you will graduate.

The community here is incredibly supportive. I am in the band program and because of the staff and environment that was created for me has allowed me to have a true passion for music and my education tat I feel ready to continue in college.

This school definitely discriminates against the black and brown students. The plan is to get them on suspension or kicked out of all academics to where they wanna drop out or leave the school

Honestly, this place was awful. Once I left the state to go to college I realized just how much my new peers had compared to me. This place was just so underfunded and not prepared to guide a student to a successful life. They just did the absolute minimum and then pushed you out the door. The only...
