Overall this school is a 4/5. Most teachers are nice and comprehensive. There's zero tolerance to bullying or physical aggression between students. But even so most students help create a better environment for the rest of the school with their involvement in extra curricular activities. Although I would like to see change from the office staff side, it doesn't take much to show mutual respect towards students.

I have attended Durango High School for all 4 years of my high school experience. The best part of Durango is that your voice is always heard. In classes help is always given out. Not just academically but also outside of academics.

Having spent my last 3 highschool years at Durango, I can confidently say that I'm happy to have experienced my highschool career here. I can't say much about sports, but I do know that our school is successsful at producing athletes, granting them the ability to achieve their goals and dreams.

This school has some potential, but there are some serious issues. Staff often say they’ll take care of things but don’t follow through, which leave students feeling stuck. Some teacher’s seem unhappy and it shows in how they treat their students. I really hope that Durango starts making improvement...

I was a student of this school for my senior year and it was the worst experience of my life I had to transfer to this school because I had to move from California to Nevada and they said that none of my credits from my old school wouldn’t transfer over so I had to take their state test even though...

After raising 8 children over a 40 years period, I can attest to the fact that not only is Durango the WORST school any of my kids have ever attended but the entire school district is the worst. That isn't an opinion. it is a fact if you research online based on research groups. I won't go into the...
