Great teachers, but absolutely awful leadership. The principal, Kelly Reed, is cruel. She is a bully to her students and staff. This is not the type of leadership that should be tolerated in CCSD.

The principal, Kelly Reed, is an absolute disaster and it has led to extraordinary teacher turnover from year to year. She seems to have missed the 90s memo that micromanagement is an ineffective form of leadership. Because she is incapable of reasonably justifying any of her policies to her staff,...
