Valley High School is a very iconic school here in Las Vegas, but not for the right reason. It's known to be the "ghetto" school, but honestly I don't think it's all that bad. There's a lot of great teachers, and a lot of great activities, but that is shadowed because of the students. They always try to make problems in this school because of the label. If it wasn't for the label, I do believe this school would be a great school.

I feel like the worst part is just the environment itself, It is in a rough neighborhood but they are helpful to their fellow students. I would like to see how the school would change its safety protocols. I would also love to see more ecosystem and earth-friendly stuff at our school like a garden, recycling club, and more.

My experience at Valley High School was very dull I was not in any clubs or sports and I was just a regular student. Unfortunately at Valley you need to either be in the IB program or mstem program to receive the better resources. Aside from that there is not much I can say about my highschool.
