GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

It is a very competitive school academically, but other students are there to help, which makes it a collaborative environment.

I graduated from GSMST in 2024. I think it's a great school, very safe, clean, and pushes you academically. No sports and little extracurricular activity if thats what you're in to.

A good school for students that are willing to be prepared for college. Some of the best things about this school are the faculty members and teachers that are eager to help and talk to. The worst parts are the rigor classes which is to be expected, but also how the teachers handle them. I would like to see more student involvement in terms of assignments and the structure of the classes.

I attended this school for my 9th grade year and dropped at the beginning of 10th grade. Everyone will praise the resources this school has to offer, such as individual laptops, good teachers (with exceptions), and many academic-related clubs. The school is also very diverse, and a lot of the studen...
