The administration and higher-ups at Lawton High are needlessly rude and self righteous. They are incompetent at their jobs and most of them do not have sufficient people skills to handle dealing with people, much less with high schoolers that need help. They wait until last second for everything, they have this buddy system that prioritizes specific teachers, students, and others that align with their ideals and boost them and not others.

My experience with Lawton High has been definitely a good ride overall. From good teachers, to faculty that is more than willing to help, and finding some good friends along the way, it was not bad at all. While I found it hard myself to talk to others, albeit teachers or other students for help or assistance, the school taught me how to push me out of my comfort zones, even though I am pretty reluctant to do so. While I still don't feel the most prepared for anything, much less the far future that is waiting for me, Lawton High School has taught me to always take a leap into opportunities. I can't say I don't like my school. I like my school.

I have absolute loved Lawton high school. I had have found the amazing teachers that helped me grow into this person. I made friends that made me feel confident in my self.

Lawton High School is one of the best high schools in southwest Oklahoma and it is an honor to have my kids go there.

The counselors are always to busy to assist the kids and most of the teachers act as if they have the worst job in the world.
