The drama between teachers and students is outrageous and makes for a toxic, unproductive environment . Bullying from both students and staff have gotten out of hand and aren't dealt with properly by administration.

Lead Deadwood High School has many good qualities, but there are also many problems with the school. It has very good Clubs & Activities, along with a good safety rating. However, the food, diversity, and school culture lag behind. Overall, my high school experience has been average.

This school has refused students the right to use the restroom. They insisted on using an online hall pass. The teachers are very good and I've learned what I have needed to based on the South Dakota guidelines. College readiness is something that is not accessible for students looking to further their education.
