I moved to Amite County High School in my junior year of high school. On my first day everyone was so welcoming and made me feel like I belonged here and I still do. Amite was a big relief in my high school years. You can be yourself here and no one will judge you. The administration is welcoming and they always make sure your doing okay and that your safe. The facility is nice. The food isn't as good as home made food but it's still good. The janitors always do there job and keep this school really clean. My class of 2024 is filled with creative kids with high potential and goals ready to reach, they really are supportive and welcoming. I don't think I could've seen myself anywhere without coming here.

achs is a really good school in my eyes... I am a student and yes, we are not perfect, but we do our best. Any student who wants to succeed, can. I don't feel like it is fair that we are judged because of where our school is located. Liberty, Ms. is a great, rural town where everybody knows everybod...
