I went to Pyrtle for elementary school and I loved it! The atmosphere was amazing, the teachers were so fun, and the education was great. First, when I walked down the hall of Pyrtle, I could see all the way down to the other end. I loved seeing the little kindergartners so excited to be at school....

I have been impressed with how LPS has served the student's needs. The staff at most Lincoln Public Schools are not so welcoming of substitute teachers if they are not "seasoned" substitutes. I do not find the environment to be very warm or welcoming at this school.
