Redan ES is one of the worst schools in DeKalb County due to Principal Blakely. The teachers are doing their best with the lack of support and resources. My God, this school is the absolute worst. I wish my children could go to another school. These teachers don't even know enough to teach a fly. They act as though they care about the children, then the next minute, they throw them to the wolves. I wouldn't send my dog there.

My 2 children have attended Redan and the teachers have always done their best to reach my child in an engaging manner that coincides with the state curriculum!

Overall this is a good school! My now 8 year old daughter attended the 2nd grade last year at this school and her teachers were great! She also was in the afterschool program and she loved it!
