For the past 5 years, administration has been dictatorial. This has rendered a worn out staff, tense culture, and a toxic work environment. Unfortunately, the kids have suffered. NHE used to be thriving with happy teachers, but look at how many AMAZING teachers have left in the last 3 years. The proof is in the pudding, my friends. Something has got to change at NHE.
