Loganville Elementary School, home of the Eagles, teaches students how to soar with a nurturing environment that encourages learning and development. In addition to a standard curriculum that includes language arts, math, science and other core studies, the school offers “specials” to develop interests and skills. Art and music classes let kids express themselves, while physical education offers time to get exercise. Media center and computer lab time let children learn lifelong skills. Loganville Elementary School’s clubs and activities allow kids to develop social skills and further explore their interests. Kids can learn about sports and the spirit of competition in the archery and running clubs as well as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Chorus gives young singers an opportunity to perform in an ensemble. Fifth graders can audition to be a part of the WLES Morning Show, providing daily school news to the student body and staff. Junior Beta Club rewards straight A students and the Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl encourages reading through a statewide competition. Fifth grade students may also volunteer for the school safety patrol, helping create a safer environment for all students. At Loganville Elementary School, kids get a strong start on a life of learning and community involvement.

I have taught here for 20 years. My commute is 90 minutes a day. Our school is a family. Everyone cares about the children first. We work together to use the latest strategies to make learning fun and engaging.

My children have been attending LES for three years now and I feel blessed they are here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The principal always makes sure everything runs smoothly and ensures a safe, friendly environment where the kids can flourish. The teachers are top notch. Great gifted program...
