I wouldn't want to have spent my four years as a high school student anywhere else. The connection I had with my fellow classmates, with all grade levels, established my sense of community. The diversity and inclusion was exactly what any student should experience.

I have had a lot of really good teachers in my time at the school. I've heard about a couple of ok ones but overall they seem to care about their students. There were a couple potential safety threats where the school went into a precautionary lockdown which was kind of annoying. There is a good amount of school spirit as far as sports goes.

Glenbard East has good academic and sports. I think the only problem with the school was the control of the students. There were many fights and no one took serious precautions to control them. Besides that, most of the teachers were great and the sports were enjoyable to watch. The classes were challenging but the teachers made it easy to get help when needed.
