Being a small school, there is a lot of opportunity to raise concerns with the staff, and a very good chance that your concerns will be taken into account. This is something that is lost with larger schools.

Its a school full with staff who genuinely care what happens to you and where you go in life. You almost feel like you're family. but its a very poor school so the opportunities are a little lacking.
