Doss high school is a Mascots:Dragon founded 1967 was name in honor of former Jefferson county board of education Harry Doss. Doss high school is a supportive place with helpful teachers and a variety of classes. The environment is generally positive and focused on learning. "Doss has good teachers, a safe environment, and lots of opportunities to learn and grow. "My school is overall good. Some classes are challenging, but most teachers try their best to help. They provide a good education and have teachers who care about students. There are no signs of racism The campus is clean and the environment is safe. there are fun activities, but sometimes it can get a bit stressful. counselors always try their best to talk to students who are in need or mentally disturbed. My experience at Doss is a life time experience friends are lovely and supportive If you're thinking of coming to Doss high school I can assure you that you will be love and welcome and always protected by the Dragons !!

My personal experience at Doss Highschool has been both good and bad. For my first year there , social wise , everything was great. I met lots of new people and creates loads of new friends. But everything else wise , it's not so great. Especially academically and with the staff members. Some of the teachers are cool most of the time but some aren't so chill.

At doss high school you have to be a big fish in a small pond. So it is what you make of it. I see people hanging out with bad influences that make them do the same bad things but if you stick to yourself or your well behaved friend group it is a great school

They could definitely clean up better though and make the lunch schedules more fair. I've had third lunch and its packed, too many people. Many students end...
