Not the best but not the worst, lots of fights and drug use but the teachers did the best they could. Very fenced in and closed off now.

It is a very low-funded school that does not fully prepare students for a four-year university and beyond. There is an overall racist mindset and motivation to take challenging courses are not promoted.

This school is okay, some of the teachers would rather have the students fill out a worksheet then teach, and some are happy to answer every question a student may have during a lecture. It's a mixed bag. The tardy rules are unnecessarily strict, even though at least one morning bus routinely drops...

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews, I think Lower Lake High School has the best teachers there that are willing to help, parents who are writing these reviews do not see what happens there everyday. Teachers can only do so much to help everyone but the problem are the students who do not...
