GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I went to Lubbock-Cooper Middle School for my 6th grade year and the transferred to a school in LISD. I had one or two teachers I liked there but the teaching was scattered. I was either bored because of review or because of the easiness for me personally of even the PreAp programs. When doing virtual schooling it was horrible. I was constantly stressed and I learned absolutely nothing. It was purely 'busy work' and the teachers where basically unreachable because of lack of video conferencing. The theater program was amazing. The English teacher was a good teacher looking back but at the time was very un-enjoyable. I transferred to a very diverse school and you almost had culture shock. Once I moved schools I realized how non-diverse the school was. I had little to no personal connection with any of the teachers because of class sizes. I would always pack my own lunch because of how bad the cafeteria food and would mainly ever eat the sandwiches or wings. Sports are the strong point

There are mainly name calling and racial discrimination, I have also seen a majority of the kids cur...

LCMS is a great school. The administration and staff are very dedicated to making this school a learning environment for everyone as well as making it a safe place. What it may lack in brick and mortar, it makes up with love and dedication to its student body. If you want a school with very little d...

You have to be rich and the coaches have to like you to be able to make a team talent is not considered here it's a...
