If your child has a disability, I do not recommend. They’re only rated well because of test scores but the teachers and staff are not qualified nor do they care for children who have disabilities. The scoring may be high, but the way these kids are treated is unacceptable. I learned that when the Super pays a visit, they ironically have all of the "troubled" students outside for a special recess. Communication is horrible. The way they treat the special needs kids is horrible. They are suspen...

Very Positive. Carter has provided a good learning environment for my grandson. Carter has been firm but fair in dealing with students. Many students at Carter lack male role models in the home.
