My kid hates it and we recently transfered

This is school is bad. There's constant fights and gun threats. The teachers don't help the students enough, and the current principle is just terrible. There are a few staff that make the students very uncomfortable, and nothing is being done. CONSTANTLY on the news for fighting.. not good.

I hated this school with a burning passion.

The school is pretty good, although teachers spend way to much time talking about deaths of black americans. It would be ok having a set week or three days to talk about black history not almost all year. And going it to depth of dead black americans is not a good topic for 12,13,14 year olds.
