GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The best parts of my experience is all the advanced opportunity here at Malad high school. As well as the help that has come with these opportunities. If you need help of any kind the staff will be there for you. I personally have gotten a lot of help with taking college courses so I can graduate high school with an associates degree. The only bad part I would say is that we are a pretty small school but you can't really change that.
4.0 Works Here

Some of the best experiences I have had here revolve around the teachers. I have worked with and been taught by several really great teachers here at Malad High School. That said we do seem to lose a lot of teachers. I went to school at MHS graduating in 2015. I came back to teach here in 2022, and there were only 2 of the same teachers working here that I knew as a student.

Malad High School is a family. The teachers care for the students and strive to help them with every aspect of life. The athletics are amazing and the coaches support the academic side. The community is very supportive to the students and athletes also.
