The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Manassas Park thanks to being a small district is fairly close and you gain amazing connections. The teachers are very engaged and try their absolute best to make sure all their students accomplish their goals. Some issues between students do arise but if you don't instigate an argument you are likely to avoid that side of the school. Their are many choices for clubs in the school as well as sports. Our marching band is amazing and is the highlight of our football games. You are likely to find at least one after school activity to enjoy and many online classes are offered for a more diverse academic career. Many on the students in my class are graduation with the highest honors showing the amazing teaching skills offered at the school.

While the education factor is alright, there are some questionable choices in regards to stuff like policy. Otherwise very good.

I am a current student in MPHS. I love the electives so much and the teachers are nice most of the time. I started off at Cougar ES from grades PreK-2 then I went to MPES from grades 3-5 then I went to MPMS from grades 6-8 and now I am a Freshman in MPHS. Life in MP has been amazing. When I have kid...
